Sangeeta Waldron is a multi-award-winning public relations professional, ranked number 25 in the PR Influencer Index top 100. She founded Serendipity PR & Media in 2009. Early in her career, she wrote speeches for a former UK Prime Minister and government ministers, before going on to work at a senior level with leading global organisations and brands, including The Economist Group, the Cabinet Office, WHO, the UN, The Times, the Mayor of London, Red magazine, Cass Business School, Breast Cancer Campaign, the Pink Ribbon Ball, and the Women’s Institute.
She is the author of three books: The PR Knowledge Book (2019), Corporate Social Responsibility Is Not Public Relations (2021), which was shortlisted for the 2022 UK Business Book Awards, and What Will Your Legacy Be? (2025).
Sangeeta is a strong advocate for the role of serendipity in business. She writes for international media on sustainable business and serves on several boards, including the think tank Bridge India.
