Raageshwari Loomba

Raageshwari is an actor, singer, former MTV VJ, author, and mindfulness speaker, widely recognised as one of India’s top 50 mental health influencers.

Her journey into mindfulness began following her recovery from facial paralysis at the peak of her career in 2000, a turning point that shaped her personal and professional path.

Her work spans the globe—from performing at the Nobel Peace Center to collaborating with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and supporting children in Pakistan rescued from extremist training environments.

Raageshwari has collaborated with renowned figures such as Jack Canfield and the late Louise Hay, with whom she released India’s first affirmation CD. Her widely appreciated work includes meditation videos, teachings on the Ancient Tibetan Rites, and her series Mindful Mondays with India Today.

She is also a sought-after keynote speaker, having worked with leading organisations including Tata Group, Infosys, Fiserv, Pfizer, FICCI, UBS, HSBC, and Novartis.
