Mitesh is the founder of OrgAlpha, to help leaders unlock ‘organisational alpha’ – the performance advantage that comes from aligning strategy, culture, technology and execution. He is also the interim CEO of the Dharma Endowment Fund and comes from a life-long involvement in various dharmic causes.
He was earlier the CEO of Redington and CIO of Newton Multi-Asset. At Redington, he built and coached a management team to scale firm from founder-led startup to PE-backed scale-up, supporting the launch of new business lines (including Wealth Solutions and Software-as-a-Service) and global expansion (including China). At Newton, he had oversight of $45bn in Assts under Management across systematic and discretionary multi-asset, fixed income, and absolute return strategies run across London, Boston, and San Francisco.
