About
The annual Ideas for India® conference is the leading forum to engage in high level discussions on the New India.
India continues to lead global economic growth, outpacing other major economies. As the world grapples with the realities of a multipolar world and potential disruption from the new Presidency in Washington. The UK and India stand poised to build a dynamic and mutually beneficial partnership, capitalising on shared opportunities and addressing common challenges.
The recent elections in both nations have paved the way for renewed dialogue and collaboration. As Western economies diversify supply chains and reduce dependencies on China, India stands to benefit. The much-anticipated resumption of discussions on the UK-India Free Trade Agreement adds further momentum to this growing relationship.
Our event brings together policy, business, tech, media and civil society leaders for pertinent discussions on India’s development.

FAQs
About Ideas for India 2025
What is the Ideas for India® conference?
Ideas for India® is a leading global conference, next taking place in London in May 2025. It brings together voices from the policy, business and tech communities, as well as media and civil society, to talk about building the future of India through broad-based economic development.
The ‘India Story’ abroad is often presented through a narrow lens, be it focusing only on business and the economy, society or policy landscape. Given its diversity, everything about India, and its opposite, is true in unison. Bridge India seeks to highlight and celebrate that nuance, through the Ideas for India conference.
If you are looking for a dynamic forum that approaches India’s growth story from a non-partisan lens, this is the place to come to.
The event is part of the annual India Week®.
