About Fladgate
George Stubbs established a sole practice in 1760, but when William Mark Fladgate joined Clarke & Fynmore, forming Clarke, Fynmore & Fladgate is when the Fladgate name was established. In 2008, Fladgate LLP is created, bringing together centuries of history under one modern firm. Today, Fladgate remains one firm with one office, in Covent Garden – with international influence, enduring relationships, and a belief that real partnership stands the test of time.
Hosting us will be Mythily Katsaris, who leads Fladgate’s India Desk, and is dual-qualified in England and Wales as well as India, and Milan Kapadia, a disputes partner specialising in complex banking litigation, cross-border insolvency disputes, high-value commercial litigation and increasingly, arbitration.
